At Taxi Service Inc, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth process for all our customers, we offer the following cancellation policy for airport taxi and city rides:

1. Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking date and time to avoid charges.

2. No Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within the 24-hour window, there are no fees, and your booking amount will be fully refunded (if prepaid).

3. Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee amount varies based on the ride type and location.

4. No-Show Policy: If the passenger fails to show up at the designated pick-up point without prior notice, the full ride amount will be charged.

5. Modification Policy: Ride modifications (e.g., changes in time or destination) are subject to availability and must also be requested at least 12 hours in advance.
